Vocational training adapted to the real needs of the paper and cardboard industry
We attract and train the best young talent thanks to a pioneering initiative in Spain: a Dual Vocational Education and Training module in graphic arts. Its implementation became a reality thanks to the collaboration of the Department of Education of the Valencian Community and the CIPFP (Integrated Public Centre for Vocational Training) of La Costera de Xàtiva.
In this vocational training course, students participate in 2,000 hours of theoretical and practical training imparted by professionals in the sector to obtain the skills required in the industry.
Commitment to young talent
After completing their studies, young people join a Hinojosa plant to provide us with a high-value profile: they do so fully familiar with the entire work process and with an in-depth knowledge of the company’s values.

Hinojosa Graduates Program
The Hinojosa Graduates Program is our own professional development programme through which we attract, incorporate and transform the future leaders of the company.
The programme is open to recently graduated young talent to develop and lead a six-month project in one of our plants. At the same time, they receive a comprehensive training programme in management processes and skills.
If they pass all phases, the Hinojosa Graduates Program culminates with their incorporation into the staff team to develop a career focused on reaching leadership positions.

Metatop Campus
One of our objectives is for the whole organisation to have an overview of the business. To achieve this, we implement various initiatives such as the Metatop Campus, a training program that takes place in different sessions and at a number of the group’s plants.. During these sessions we have the opportunity to provide technical training on all aspects of Hinojosa’s business, promoting group culture and personal exchanges among the different attendees.

Hi Talent
Hi Talent is the programme for executives, decision-makers and leaders who, as part of their career plans, will occupy top management positions in the future. It runs for twelve months and gives participants the opportunity to receive general training about Hinojosa, our values, strategies and soft skills.
We always seek team spirit, networking and the personal experience of all participants from the different national and international plants.
